Need motivation!

So I am supposed to run two miles or cross train and do strength. But I *REALLY* don't feel like it. I guess I could do a 20 minute Biggest Loser DVD and accomplish both goals, right? Given that this is the official week 1 of my 1/2 marathon training schedule, I think I'm in for a long 12 weeks.

  1. did you do it? i hope so. i didn't do anything yesterday. I went to bed at 10. and actually slept, though i kept waking up coughing/choking. awesome. stick to the training schedule..you can totally do it and you will inspire yourself.

  2. You are training for a 1/2 marathon? That is so cool! You know, you were always my motivator to exercise when we were at Hampshire, I've never been the same without you!

    I just re-joined the gym myself...went twice this week and went hiking today...though we were so slow that we got passed by a 75 year old man who exclaimed "this is the first time I've passed anyone, and I've been hiking this trail for years!" This gives you an idea of my fitness level, lol
